She is survived by: her husband Michael Mathews; her daughter Mindy Mathews Greene; her grandsons, Jarrod Magaha and Jaden Mathews; her sister Marilyn Scheffe; and her brothers-in-law, Dennis Scheffe and Maxia Farris. She is also survived by four nephews, three nieces and many cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Callaway-Jones Funeral Home (3001 S College Ave, Bryan, TX 77801). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Farris Cemetery (1770 FM 1791, Huntsville, TX 77340).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Central Baptist Church's.
