Cochran, Jr.; her husband Clifford Kelley; her son Raymond Louis Cochran; her daughter-in-law Bessie Reynolds Cochran; and her siblings, Dorothy Dunn, Douglas Ellis, Louis Ellis, William Ellis and Jack Ellis.

She is survived by: her granddaughters, Candy Gallego (James) and Becky Gelacio (Jesus); her great grandchildren, Austin Gallego (Audrey), Kaleigh Gallego, Cristian Gelacio, Lexi and Devin Gelacio; her great great grandchildren, Madison Gallego and Lyla Gallego; and her stepson Scott Kelley.

A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Callaway-Jones Funeral and Cremation Center (3001 S College Ave, Bryan, TX 77801). A burial was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Restever Memorial Park Cemetery (5103 N Texas Ave, Bryan, TX 77803).
