He is survived by: his wife Lisa Smith; his daughter Chaundra L. Ayers (Taief); his granddaughter Anai Ayers; his siblings, Filmore Jr., Eugene (Norva) and Birdie Lynn Ayers; his sister-in-law Diane Ayers; his sister Lavonya; his brothers-in-law, Xavier Jones and Dennis Smith of Dallas; and his friend Edward Pittman, Sr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
