She was predeceased by: her parents, John Andrew and Lillian McCollum Bell; her husband Johnnie; her siblings, Marvin Bell, John Bell, Dorothy Garrett and Ruth Malazzo Scarmardo; and her great-nephew Garrett Maliska.
She is survived by: her sons, Drew (Janet) and David (Mary Ann); her grandchildren, Lauren Scott (Layne) of Little Elm, Rachel Burnett (Keith) of Celina and John David Ricca (Emily) of Church Hill; and her great grandchildren, Klein Burnett, Remi Ricca, Quinn Ricca, Joey Ricca and Crawford Burnett. She is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews.
Mildred requested in lieu of flowers memorials be made to Central Church.
