It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ann Kindt Hobson of Bryan, Texas, who passed away on February 21, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Mary Ann Kindt had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Mary Ann Kindt may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Herman Kindt and Annie Marie Kindt; and her husband William Cecil Hobson. She is survived by: her children, Marc Allan (Jenny) and Karen "Kay" Hobson-Wilson; her grandchildren, James "Jed" Daniel Wilson III, William "Jamie" James Wilson (Bella), Madeleine "Maddie" Grace Wilson, Mathias Mieres and Matthew Reinberger; her brother Henry Kindt (Lois); and her nephew Curtis Kindt (Jeanene). She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Kurten Cemetery.
