She is survived by: her husband Charles R. Zemanek Sr.; her children, Charles Zemanek Jr., Darren Zemanek Sr. (Amy) and Kimberly Zemanek; her grandchildren, Chaz Zemanek (Rani), Chase Zemanek, Christian Zemanek, Bailey Zemanek, Kaitlin Ronn (Kyle), Lindsay Zemanek, Darren Zemanek Jr., Meaghan Zemanek, Kindall Zemanek and Brayson Armstrong; and her great grandchildren, Willow Zemanek and Aidan Ronn. She is also survived by five nephews and three nieces.
