He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Sr. Schultz and Alvina Poehls Schultz; his siblings, Herman Jr. "Sonny", Esther Kizer (Emil), Curtis Schultz and Mavis Outlaw (Lloyd); his father-in-law Walter Matcek Sr. (Mary); and his siblings-in-law, Anton Matcek (Kristina), Walter Matcek Jr., Gladys Frieda (Jake), Patricia Matcek and Margaret Leazer (Leroy).
He is survived by: his wife Delphine Matcek Schultz; his children, Randy Schultz (Joan) of Bryan and Lynette Ruffino (John) of Bryan; his grandchildren, Audrey Guidry (Mike) of College Station, Jaclyn Groves (Dwight) of Bryan, Lauren Eller (Ross) of Bryan and Matthew Schultz (Callen) of Flowermound Texas; his great grandchildren, Alyssa, Jacob Guidry, Hudson, Garrett Groves, Emma, Scarlett Eller and Benjamin Schultz; and his sisters-in-law, Frances Matcek and Rada Schultz. He is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews.
