She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfon Quitta and Nina Quitta; and her grandsons, Matthew and Justin Herman. She is survived by: her husband J. D. Herman; her son Michael Herman (LeeAnn Herman); her sisters, Diane Lueckemeyer and Pamela Quitta Hitt; and her grandchildren, Walker and Peyton Herman.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Callaway-Jones Funeral Home & Cremation Center (3001 S College Ave, Bryan, TX 77801). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Smetana Cemetery (2529 Smetana Rd, Bryan, TX 77807).
