She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Irving Atkinson and Katherine Reynolds Atkinson. She is survived by: her sons, Randall Lee Hester (Betsy) and Charles Brady Hester; her grandchildren, Nicole Mansfield (Robb), Corrie Stark, Keith Hester (April), Kevin Hester (Joelle), Kassi Hester and Ashley Hester; her great grandchildren, Ellie Hester, Oliver Douglass, Clayton Hester and Anna Hester; her great great grandchildren, Mylee Stark, Bodhi Brown and Mose Brown; her nephews, Gary Schubert (Marcia) and Joe Bob Hester, Jr. (Rhonda); and her niece Lisa Hester Horton (Billy).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM and from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Groveton First United Methodist Church (181 E 1st St, Groveton, TX 75845). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Groveton First United Methodist Church or Hospice Brazos Valley in Anna's memory.
