She was predeceased by: her parents, Perciliana Cisneros and Romulo Cisneros; her spouse Romualdo Garcia; and her siblings, Rita, Ninfa and Elijio.
She is survived by: her children, Rogelio Garcia (Norma), Argelia Ramirez (Gaudencio) and Sylvia Johnston (Jimmy); and her siblings, Romulo Cisneros, Hector Cisneros, Licha Ochoa and Jelitia Ibarra. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
