He is survived by: his wife Donna Tillotson of Bruceville, TX; his children, April Carlo (Todd) of Ottumwa, IA, Nathan Tillotson (Jennefer) of Hedrick, IA, Amy Tillotson of Hewitt, TX and Beth Hymer (Josh) of Bruceville, TX; his granddaughters, Kenzie Hymer, Savannah Pringle and Amelia Hymer; his stepgrandsons, Michael Hols (Christina), Christopher Hols (Amber Weldon), Aaron Sloan and Zachary Sloan; his siblings, Janet Ward (Eli), Annette Collins (Bob) and Ed Tillotson (Nicki) of Tampa; his mother-in-law Martha Carnes Smith of Ottumwa, IA; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Smith (Pam) of Ottumwa, IA, Daniel Smith (Linda) of Mechanicsville, IA, Sue Smith of Ottumwa, IA and Sarah Smith of Florida. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
