He was predeceased by: his mother Vera Faye McKinney; and his brother Charlie Powers. He is survived by: his children, Brandy Hibbs (Jeff) of Bangs, TX, Micheal Powers of Tye, TX and Nicole Powers of Covington, PA; and his brothers, Billy Powers (Tinia) of Brownwood, TX and Bobby Powers of Brownwood, TX.. He is also survived by Twelve grandchildren One great grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Heartland Funeral Home (303 Early Blvd, Early, TX 76802).
