He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Lesley and Melba Vaughn Rodgers; and his siblings, Curtis Vaughn and Beverly Schafer. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Rodgers; his children, Tiffany Kidd (James) and James Rodgers (Maggie); and his grandchildren, Cade Patteson, Ashlynn Anderson, Evie Feltgen and Ridge Feltgen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Heartland Funeral Home (303 Early Blvd, Early, TX 76802). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
