He is survived by: his parents, Scotty Jacobs of Brownwood and Annette Jacobs of Amarillo; his fiancé Shala Flock; his brother Jason Shouse of Seagoville; his children, Dallas Jacobs of Forney, Sceeira Jacobs of Forney and Brooklyn Jacobs of Dallas; his stepson Dalton Flock of Brownwood; his grandchild Ryan Crosslin; and his grandparents, Darwin and Barbara Jacobs of Brownwood. He is also survived by numerous other family members, friends, cousins.
