It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Teague (Brownwood, Texas), who passed away on December 1, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Yacob Lang and Lois Lang; her husband Jack Duane Teague; and her siblings, Inez Hall and Larry Lang.
She is survived by: her children, Duane Teague (Earlene) of Brownwood and Leanna Teague of Brownwood; her grandson Jacob Teague (Amber) of Early; her great grandchildren, Shaylor, Phoenix Teague of Early and Arialynn Teague of Early; and her siblings-in-law, Linda Wise (Jim) of Chelsea, Alabama and Eugene Hall (Doris) of Graford, TX. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Coggin Avenue Baptist Church (1815 Coggin Ave, Brownwood, TX 76801). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM and at 3:00 PM.
