He is survived by: his wife Patsy Poe Fisher; his children, James Fisher, Mark Fisher and Heather English (Patrick); and his siblings, Carolyn Wright, Elton Fisher (Juanita) and David Fisher. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Heartland Funeral Home (303 Early Blvd, Early, TX 76802). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
