He is survived by: his mother Freida Joyce Bilbrey; his children, Chandra Jayne Hinshaw of Brownwood and James Virgal Bilbrey; his granddaughter Lavender Bilbrey of Brownwood; his sister Jana Quick of Brownwood; his nephew John Quick of Brownwood; his niece Amber Dawn Quick of Brownwood; and his great-niece Willow Rose Quick of Brownwood.
