Though Jack Freeman may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Heath and Etta L. Heath (Riddle); his siblings, G. W. Heath and Johnnie Carroll; and his son Gary Lynn Heath.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Lynn Stephens; and his grandchildren, Amy Lynn Heath and Benjamin Reilly Heath. He is also survived by other relatives, neighbors, friends, and the loving nurses, aides, and caregivers.
