He was predeceased by: his parents, Fadie F. Ratliff and Inez Maxine Quirl Ratliff; his sisters, Edna Ratliff Johnson and Iva Joy Ratliff; and his son Garrison B. Ratliff.
He is survived by: his wife Rosa Linda Ratliff; his brothers, Gaylin Ratliff (Edda) and Arch Ratliff (Susan); his brother-in-law Eugene Johnson; his children, Bobby Ratliff (Shannon), Jerome Bryant and Andrea Havlak (Bruce); his grandchildren, Glen R. Ratliff, Travis Ratliff, Aimee Ratliff (Zach Lloyd), Gavin, Jaidan Ratliff, John Havlak, Ethan Havlak, Keely Schmidt, Conrad, Kenny and Elijah Massey; and his great grandchildren, Sophia, Isaac, Kaden and Kasel. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
