He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Ray Pulliam, Janetta Sikes and Melinda Rose; his son David Jay Pulliam (Amanda); his grandchildren, Grayson, Clara, Trysten and Dusty Ryan Pulliam (Katrina); and his great grandchild Ryan.
