She is survived by: her sons, Robert Harrell (Mary) of Taylorsville, NC, Michael Harrell (Kathryn) of Brownwood, Steven Harrell (Beth) of Morganton, NC and JD Harrell of Brownwood. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and many friends.
