He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvie Frank and Clovis Juanita Baty (Henley); his brothers, Doyle and Richard; his former wife Sue; and his son Steven.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Baty of Brownwood; his sister-in-law Patsy Baty (Deborah Baty) of Welch; his children, Gary Baty (Mary) of Kerrville and Lana (Mark Deer) of Kerrville, TX; his stepdaughters, Jennifer (Noel) of Georgetown and Janice Zobac of Ohio; and his grandchildren, Jeremy (Shanice) of Tenn, Denny (Kaci) of Houston, Marty of Kerrville, Blake (Emma) of Clifton, Noel John Taylor of Georgetown, Jonathan Bettinger of Ohio and Jessica of Midland. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
