She is survived by: her children, Carlos T. Villarreal (Olga) and Edna V. Guajardo (Manuel); her siblings, Maria Catalina Melendez, Juan Melendez, Alicia Ramos Melendez, Rosalinda Gonzalez Melendez and Maria Elva Naranjo Melendez; and her grandchildren, Gabriela Jimena Villarreal, Ysidora Villarreal-Pena (Lolita), Christopher Bryan Villarreal, Cynthia Gabriela Villarreal, Carlos Villarreal Jr., Claudia Villarreal-Quintanilla, Dr. Crystal Villarreal-Nunez, Manuel Lorenzo Guajardo and Lorena Alessandra Guajardo. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
