She is survived by: her children, Juan Jose Hernandez (Gina), Norma Jones (Chris), Ana Lilia Sanchez and Anel Gracia (Aldo); her grandchildren, Juan Jose Hernandez Jr., Samantha Hernandez, Ailis Martinez, Italia Sartin (Caleb), Idalia Gracia, Aries Jones, Aldo Gracia Jr. and Sofia Gracia; and her great grandchild Samara J. Hernandez. She is also survived by her family, church community, and her neighbors and friends.
