He was predeceased by: his parents, Celso Garcia and Fortunata Garcia; his brother Daniel Garcia; and his wife Blanca Cavazos Garcia. He is survived by: his children, Adrianna Laura Justis, Mark Edward Garcia (Gracie) and Carlos Alberto Garcia (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Austin Justis (Nikki), Parker Justis (Kiley), Briana Garcia, Harrison Justis, Alessandra Garcia, Reagan Justis and Thomas Garcia; and his caregivers, Sandra and Perla.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Darling-Mouser Funeral Home - East Chapel (945 Palm Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78520).
