He is survived by: his wife Blanca Esthela Garcia; his children, Vanessa Cisneros, Priscilla Rivera and Santana Garcia, Jr.; his sons-in-law, Juan Manuel Cisneros and Juan Miguel Rivera; his grandchildren, Julian Alexander Cisneros, Isaac Rivera, Nicholas Joel Cisneros, Addalyn Faith Garcia, Brandon Rivera, Amberly Hope Garcia and Alexander Fernando Rivera; and his sisters, Nora Hilda Carrizales, Connie Garcia, Ana B. Guzman, Angie Garcia and Balbie Garcia.
