He was predeceased by: his parents, Fortunato Arroyo Jr. and Cruz Arroyo; and his sister Blanca Estella Trice. He is survived by: his spouse Thomas C. Tunney; and his brothers, Eduardo Arroyo (Elena) and Mario Arroyo (Sofia). He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
