He was predeceased by: his parents, Roberto Beltran and Manuela Beltran; and his siblings, Robert Beltran Jr., Elva Benavidez, Minerva Sanchez, Rosario Beltran and Marysol Beltran.
He is survived by: his sisters, Virginia Lopez, Margie Tejada, Ester Garcia, Gracie Nuncio, Corina Cantu, Yolanda Beltran, Norma Yebra and Maribel Beltran.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sunset Memorial Funeral Home (657 Springmart Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78526). A rosary was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Rio Grande Valley State Veteran's Cemetery (2520 Inspiration Rd, Mission, TX 78572).
