He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Granado and Librada Rodriguez Granado; his wife Maria Luisa Granado; and his siblings, Maria Cortinas, Jesus Granado, Ernesto Granado, Manuela Delgado, Guadalupe Granado, Jose Granado and Juanita Gonzalez.
He is survived by: his children, Nativiad D. Granado, Luis H. Granado (Debra) and Sergio Granado (Dora); his grandchildren, Luis H. Granado II, Crystal Granado and Savanna Granado; and his siblings, Frances Larson, Ramona Rosenbaum and Juan Granado. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 12:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Darling-Mouser Funeral Home - East Chapel (945 Palm Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78520). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church (2645 Tulipan St, Brownsville, TX 78521). A burial was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens (4464 Old Port Isabel Rd, Brownsville, TX 78526).
