He is survived by: his wife Josefina Rodriguez; his children, Miguel Rodriguez (Patricia), Eliazar Rodriguez (Marta Patricia), Eliseo Rodriguez (Stacy) and Jose Luis Rodriguez; and his grandchildren, Alexus Villarreal, Miguel Adrian Rodriguez, Alyssa Victoria Rodriguez, Andrea Rodriguez, Eli Rodriguez, Fabian Rodriguez, Tania Rodriguez, Michael Rodriguez and Eliazar Rodriguez Jr..

Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. A rosary was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Chapel of Peace (125 Mc Davitt Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78521). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Buena Vista Burial Park (5 Mc Davitt Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78521).
