She is survived by: her husband Leonardo Perez; her son Leonardo Jeffries Perez; her parents, Eddie Dean Jeffries and Mildred Mendieta; her birth mother Sandra Mendieta; her sisters, Annie O'Conner, Rebecca Jeffries and Melissa Mendieta; her parents-in-law, Leonardo L. and Oralia Perez; and her siblings-in-law, Melissa O Perez and David J. Perez. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nephews and nieces.
