She was predeceased by: her parents, Carmen Garza and Teodoro Flores; her son Domingo Enrique Peña; and her grandson Jose Enrique Peña. She is survived by: her son Jose A. Peña; her grandson Hector Adrian Peña; and her great grandchildren, Penelope, Olivia, Jose E. Peña, Jr. and Jarian Amadeo Peña.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Garza Memorial Funeral Home (1025 E Jackson St, Brownsville, TX 78520). A rosary was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church (1055 Military Rd, Brownsville, TX 78520).
