He was predeceased by: his mother Maria Alicia Tijerina Sanchez; and his brother Enrique "Henry" Sanchez III. He is survived by: his daughters, Natasha and Nicole; his stepdaughter Amber; and his siblings, David J. Sanchez, Sr. (Catherine) and Sonya A. Sanchez Pena (Joel). He is also survived by nephews, a large extended family, and countless friends.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 6:30 PM at the Darling-Mouser Funeral Home - East Chapel (945 Palm Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78520). The inurnment was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Buena Vista Burial Park (5 Mc Davitt Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78521).
