He was predeceased by: his wife Maria Lopez; his children, Rosa Maria Blackwell, Maria Elena Lopez Garza and Joe Lopez; his parents, Hermilo Lopez and Rosa Villalon Lopez; and his siblings, Francisco Lopez, Paula Lopez, Urbano Lopez and Juan Lopez.
He is survived by: his children, Julian Lopez Jr., Robert Lopez and Juana Ortiz. He is also survived by 18 grandkids, 36 great grandkids and 4 great great grandkids.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Chapel of Angels (125 Mc Davitt Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78521). A Mass will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (1218 E Jefferson St, Brownsville, TX 78520). A burial will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Buena Vista Burial Park (5 Mc Davitt Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78521).
