She was predeceased by: her parents, Servando Gonzalez and Josefina Gonzalez; her son Salvador Loya; and her siblings, Ofelia Garza, Inelda of Leon, Gilbert Gonzalez Servando Gonzalez and Yolanda Trevino.
She is survived by: her children, Silvia Garcia, Servando Loya, Sergio Loya and Sigi Loya; and her sister Ninfa Rodríguez.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A rosary was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Funeral Home (657 Springmart Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78526). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the St. Luke's Catholic Church (2800 Rockwell Dr, Brownsville, TX 78521).
