He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Tomas Garduno and Clemelia Gonzalez; and his brother Alejandro Garduno. He is survived by: his children, Karina Garduno, Grisel Garduno, Sarai Garduno and Jose Tomas Garduno Jr.; and his sisters, Maria Graduno and Araceli Graduno. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 9:00 AM and on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 9:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM and at 9:00 PM at the Trevino Funeral Home (1955 Southmost Rd, Brownsville, TX 78521).
