He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Villalobos and Ana Villalobos. He is survived by: his aunt Maria Cantu Garza; his siblings, Martin Villalobos, Josephina and Juana Villalobos; his wife Sylvia; his children, Sylvia Worsham (Donnie), Dr. Jose L. Villalobos Jr. (Yahaira Espada) and Dr. Roxanne Seawell (Stuart); his siblings, Ana Maria Villalobos, Felipe, Jaime Villalobos and Guadalupe Villalobos; and his grandchildren, Andres Hernandez, Vivian Worsham, Angelina, Sofia, Mateo Villalobos, Savannah, Austin and Alexander Seawell.
At charity functions, he would bid on silent and live auctions to drive up the price and would often end up with a variety of items he would later gift others.
