She is survived by: her children, Nora Hilda Villarreal and Carlos Esparza III; her children-in-law, Joy Esparza and Juan Jose Villarreal; her grandchildren, Aiesha Villarreal, Jaiden Storm and BayLeigh Rae; and her siblings, Rosa Guevara, Francisco Guevara, Maria Elena Guevara and Blanca Estela Guevara.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Garza Memorial Funeral Home (1025 E Jackson St, Brownsville, TX 78520). A rosary was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens (4464 Old Port Isabel Rd, Brownsville, TX 78526).
