She was predeceased by: her parents, Juan Aviles and Apolonia Solis. She is survived by: her husband Javier Hernandez; her children, Javier Hernandez (Carolina Hernandez), Juan Hernandez, Martha G. Hernandez (Martin Gonzalez), Griselda M. Arteaga, Pedro Hernandez (Blanca Hernandez) and Maria Quintana (Abel Quintana); and her nietos, Javier, Arturo, Juan, Claudia, Aaron, Melissa, Alice, Salvador, Graciela, Pedro, Noemi, Ricardo, Rodrigo, Hazel, Alison, Emily and Ethan.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Chapel of Peace (125 Mc Davitt Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78521). A rosary was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Buena Vista Burial Park (5 Mc Davitt Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78521).
