He was predeceased by: his brother Rogelio Moreno. He is survived by: his wife Modesta Cristina Moreno; his children, Gabriel Moreno Jr., Cristian Moreno and Cristopher Abel Moreno; his grandson Romeo Azriel Moreno; his parents, Maria Luisa Moreno and Raynaldo Moreno; and his siblings, Norma Alicia Moreno and Daniel Moreno.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 8:15 AM to 1:00 PM at the Trevino Funeral Home (1955 Southmost Rd, Brownsville, TX 78521). A rosary was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Guillen Community Cemetery, Inc. (9055 Boca Chica Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78521).
