It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred Guadalupe Kowalski (Brownsville, Texas), who passed away on June 29, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Irma V. Kowalski; his parents, Judge Fred Louis Kowalski and Julia Escamilla Kowalski; and his sister Miss Ana Pauline Kowalski. He is survived by: his children, Judge Adela Kowalski-Garza and Attorney Fred A. Kowalski; and his grandchildren, Priscilla Kowalski and Edward Kowalski (Army).
