He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesus Medrano and Aurora Medrano; and his siblings, Gabriel and Leticia. He is survived by: his children, Iris Victoria (Medellin), Perla Aurora (Martinez), Cynthia (Espinoza), Nadia, Drisa, Francisco, Jr., Julia Dorina (Tamez), Jesus Julian and Erika Jeanette (Alvear).

A burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 9:00 AM.
