She was predeceased by: her parents, Raul Gutierrez Sr. and Carolina Salinas; her siblings, Joe Gutierrez, David Gutierrez, Israel Gutierrez, Raul Gutierrez Jr., Danny Gutierrez and Linda Gutierrez; her sons, David and Alex; and her grandchild Kisha Lee Gomez.

She is survived by: her husband David Guerrero; her children, Veronica Sanchez (Ricardo Sanchez), Melissa Ibarra (Raul Ibarra) and Juan Carlos Ramirez; her grandchildren, Brandon Ibarra, Edwin Ibarra, Laysha Ibarra, Ashley Sanchez, Ricardo Sanchez Jr., Sophia Sanchez, Dyanida Ramirez, Juan Carlos Ramirez Jr., Leonor Ramirez and Justine Alexis Drewett; and her siblings, Armando Gutierrez, Freddy Salinas, Martha Salinas and Elida Salinas.

Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A rosary was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Funeral Home (657 Springmart Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78526). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Guillen Community Cemetery (9055 Boca Chica Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78521).
