She is survived by: her son Jose Luis Rios, Jr.; her husband Jose Luis Rios; her children, Alfredo Rios (Yessica), Alberto Rios (Sonia), Luis Andres Rios (Liliana), Albino Rios (Edna) and Francisco Rios; and her siblings, Maria Duarte, Pantaleon Arvizu, Christina Alfaro, Felix Alfaro, Isidro Alfaro, Oliverio Arvizu and Fabian Duarte Arvizu. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
