He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Margarito Gomez and Inez Gomez; his daughter Polly Infante (David); his son-in-law Al Ottolino; his siblings, Margarito, Alberto, Horacio, Elia Gomez Garcia and Evangelina Gomez Villarreal; his wife Bunny Pettijohn Gomez; his children, Ralph Sawyer, Barbara Overton (Dennis) and Melinda Ottolino; his grandchildren, Joseph Infante, Jacob Infante, Sarah Infante, Michael Ottolino and Mark Ottolino; and his sister Inez Tamez (Leonel).
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Funeral Home (657 Springmart Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78526). A prayer was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
