She was predeceased by: her parents, Christopher Reyes and Lucy Reyes (Salinas); her husband Hervy Dossey; her son Steven E. Dossey; her grandchildren, Michael C. Dossey and Ashlynn Hope Bassinder; and her siblings, Christopher Reyes Jr., George Reyes, Arthur Reyes, Beatrice Fivecoat and Carolyn McGaugh.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Navarro (Roland) of Chandler, Vicky Dossey of Brownsboro, Brenda Meyer (Danny) of Murchison and Stephanie Bassinder of Brownsboro; her grandchildren, Philip Navarro (Amanda), Natalie Sorge (Josh), Steven B. Dossey (Brittany), Rachel Meyer, J. Daniel Meyer, Jordan Bassinder and Cameron Bassinder; and her great grandchildren, Ariana Navarro, Mia Navarro, Noah Sorge, Gabriella Sorge, Michael B. Dossey, Briley Dossey and Carly Meyer. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chandler Memorial Funeral Home (205 Broad St, Chandler, TX 75758). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Rock Hill Baptist Church (20022 TX-31, Brownsboro, TX 75756). A burial was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at the Rock Hill Cemetery (10768 Co Rd 3405, Brownsboro, TX 75756).
