She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Alfonzo Crump and Beatrice Thelma Riley; her husband Edward Chester Zajac; her brothers, Leo and Don Crump; and her great grandchild Jolianne Clayton.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Zajac (Debbie) of Grand Saline and Dianne Graham (Craig) of Brownsboro; and her siblings, Vernon Crump (Nancy) of Athens, Richard Crump (Monette) of Garland and Sandy Leners (Lindon) of Lewisville. She is also survived by six grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren.
