He was predeceased by: his parents, Darold E. Parker and Mary Saxon Parker; and his parents-in-law, Mildred and Sebern Watley. He is survived by: his wife Sue Parker; his daughter Shannon Mattingly (John); his grandson Joshua Mattingly; his brother David Parker (Mahlon); and his granddaughter McKenzie.
