He was predeceased by: his wife Margie Denise Rosenbalm Todd; his mother Catherine Todd; his siblings, Ira Lee Todd, Bobby Ray Todd, Geneva Todd and Jonelle Todd Hayes; and his son-in-law Walter Andrews, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Alesha Todd Andrews (Ben) and Orvel Todd (Delanea); and his grandson Walter "Wylie" Andrews III. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many close friends.
