She is survived by: her husband Richard Ansley; her daughters, Cheryl Baker (Neal) and Sheila McFarland; her brothers, Wendell Phillips and Larry Phillips (Tereasa); her grandchildren, Beau Osborne (Deidra), Sarah Fassinio (Anthony), Timothy Pope, Latonya Deason (Frank), Olivia Yeager (Brent), D. J. Hammer and Bradley Hammer; and her great grandchildren, Titus Hart, Eden Peele, Haven McManus, Karliegh Fassino, Jaxon Yeager, Sylus Yeager and Owen Osborne.
